rmSampler / v.20220127
one button sampling with pre-roll (pre record time) and automatic saving
‘rmSampler’ records an audio input in a circular buffer. Holding down and releasing the ‘ r ‘ key, a portion of the source is copied from the circular buffer (src) to the destination one (dst). The pre-roll allows you to sample a segment of the input preceding the record activation. Holding down the ‘ p ‘ key the sampled sound is played back. The sample is saved sending a ‘bang’ in the third inlet. The directory for saving clips is set in the [p buffers] subpatch. By default, the pre-roll is 0 ms, the buffer size is 5000 ms.
